  3. * the Program edit window edits all of
  4.   the parameters of the VFX sound.

  6. * The effect parameters are found in
  7.   the lower portion of the window.
  8. * To perform effect editing choose
  9.   the desired effect and then go to
  10.   the sub-windows to edit the
  11.   parameters which are specific to
  12.   that effect. Only those parameters
  13.   will have any effect on the sound.

  15. * When effects are changed, the VFX
  16.   automatically sets the remaining
  17.   effect parameters to default values.
  18.   As a result, it is STRONGLY recom-
  19.   mended that you USE THE MIDI TO EDIT
  20.   FUNCTION IN THE SNGL EDIT MENU TO
  21.   RELEOAD THE DATA AFTER SELECTING A
  22.   NEW EFFECT!
